Cesar, deceased, was from Guadalajara, Mexico where he attended the Washington School. Cesar loved to paint and swim and to help other people. He was also interested in nature, especially animals and insects. Cesar’s mother explains that he used to talk about nature and always wanted to “feel free like the wind.” You can see this in his artwork — his “Scarecrows” are used as the October page of the 2005 calendar and also in the Our Seasons book.
