Returns/Exchanges Policy:
Children’s Art Project will gladly exchange, credit or refund your
purchase if returned within 60 days from the original purchase date.
When returning items; complete the
form on
the back of your original packing list with your reason for return/exchange.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the
purchase (less shipping costs). If the return is a result of our error, the
shipping charges will be refunded. Allow 30 days for your refund to be
processed. Merchandise returned after 60 days will be listed as a credit on
your account. Items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must
be returned or exchanged. Credits for gift returns will be issued to the
original purchaser.
Free Shipping: Place an order over $125 and receive free STANDARD
shipping anywhere within the U.S. Rush charges not included in this offer.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground
(except for international orders).
UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box,
so please provide us with a physical address for delivery.

items within 5-7 business days.
Rush shipping is available for an
additional $20.00. Rush orders are guaranteed within 4 business days.
Personalized/Imprinting orders are
shipped via UPS Ground, please allow 7-10 business days for these
orders.
Rush service is not available for
